Starting at $4,500

Our Partial Planning service is designed for couples who have already begun planning but want professional guidance to bring everything together seamlessly. Beginning around six months before your wedding, we step in to refine your vision, review your vendor selections, assist with remaining bookings, and ensure every detail aligns beautifully. We collaborate with you to strengthen your design, manage logistics, and prepare a cohesive plan — so your celebration feels polished, intentional, and effortlessly executed.

Partial wedding planning (beginning 6 months out) includes:

  • Planning kickoff meeting to review vision, priorities, and remaining needs.
  • Monthly check-ins to keep planning organized and on track
  • vendor rexommendations + support booking any remaining vendors
  • review of all existing vendor contracts and proposals
  • assistance with finalizing decor concepts and wedding design direction
  • budget guidance and review to ensure spending stays aligned
  • created of a detailed wedding day timeline
  • guidance on ceremony and reception layout
  • coordination and communication with all vendors starting 60 days out
  • scheduling and attending the venue walkthrough
  • management of rehearsal coordination
  • full day of coordination (12 hours)
  • overseeing event setup and breakdown of decor
  • acting as point of contact for vendors, venue, and wedding party
  • handling any last-minute changes or issues so the couple can enjoy their day

*Guest count 200+: Two Assistants (Additional $250)
 **Pricing includes travel up to 60 miles; Additional miles may require an additional fee
**If the entire wedding budget exceeds 80K for Partial Planning we will then charge a flat rate of 12%
