Our Day-of Coordination service is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but want a trusted professional to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Approximately 4–6 weeks before your big day, we step in to review your plans, confirm vendor details, refine your timeline, and conduct a final venue walkthrough. On your wedding day, we manage logistics from start to finish — overseeing setup, coordinating vendors, troubleshooting discreetly, and ensuring every moment flows effortlessly so you can be fully present.

  • Final planning meeting: we’ll meet 4-6 weeks before the wedding to review all details, timelines and logistics.
  • venue walkthrough: a final walk-through at your vendor prior to the wedding to confirm arrival times, logistics and expectations.
  • custom wedding day timeline: a detailed schedule for your entire wedding day shared with vendors and your wedding party
  • wedding rehearsal coordination: up to 1 hour of rehearsal direction the day before your wedding

full day-of coordination

  • manage vendor arrivals, setup, and breakdown.
  • cue the ceremony and reception events (entrances, toasts, dances, cake cutting, etc)
  • troubleshoot any issues that arise so you don’t have to
  • keep the day running smoothly and on time
  • access to emergency kit: a stocked kit for any last-minute fixes

*Guest count 200+: Two Assistants (Additional $250)
 **Pricing includes travel up to 60 miles; Additional miles may require an additional fee
**If the entire wedding budget exceeds 80K for Partial Planning we will then charge a flat rate of 12%
